Pellet allows for fully ecological heating of the house or utility building.
Wood pellets are a good way to use biomass. It enables the utilization of
plant fragments that cannot be used in any other way. It also gives the
opportunity to burn species that are specially bred for the needs of the
power industry. Both energy crops, e.g. poplar or willow, as well as postproduction waste, including sawdust obtained in sawmills are fully valuable
energy sources with high calorific value. Their additional advantage is that
they are fully renewable, and their combustion, apart from providing heat,
is also a form of utilization of waste from various branches of the wood
industry.
